DC3 Network Issues

We are aware of a network issue affecting our DC3 Nottingham data centre, Our Network and infrastructure team are currently investigating

Our team has resolved the core issue, and services are now being restored across all systems.

Our engineers continue to monitor performance closely to ensure full stability.

DNS resolution
Following EOL notification to customers on the 15th of January 2025 Name Servers and Resolvers for melbourne.co.uk have been disabled.

If you require alternative Name Servers for use with DNS resolution please use the following:

Glasgow

London
84.22.161.188
84.22.161.187

The recommended configuration would be to use one Nameserver from Glasgow and one from London, though all four can be configured for redundancy.
