DC3 Power Issues

DC feed A has remained stable and online following the remedial actions. However, it is not protected by UPS for that feed, B-feed is protected and functional. Vendor will continue to diagnose and fix the UPS equipment and this will be tracked via the problem record.

DNS resolution
Following EOL notification to customers on the 15th of January 2025 Name Servers and Resolvers for melbourne.co.uk have been disabled.

ns2.melbourne.co.uk (195.10.254.129)
resolver1.melbourne.co.uk (87.237.56.1)
resolver2.melbourne.co.uk (87.237.58.65)

If you require alternative Name Servers for use with DNS resolution please use the following:

Glasgow
62.128.193.210
62.128.192.29

London
84.22.161.188
84.22.161.187

The recommended configuration would be to use one Nameserver from Glasgow and one from London, though all four can be configured for redundancy.
